That is why we are looking for professionals who understand these areas not from hearsay, but from actual work experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Who we are looking for:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chief Accountants (remote, part-time) who have experience in at least one of the following areas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mandatory hands-on experience with Diia.City (real, not theoretical)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in managing non-profit organizations, taking into account the latest legislative changes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Understanding of the full cycle of import-export operations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Practice with the general taxation system with VAT<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The ability not just to keep accounting records, but to think strategically and take responsibility<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience with the IT business or international donors is a big plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Not interested in:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Business models like &#8220;countless sole proprietors&#8221; on a single tax<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accounting without a deep dive into the specifics of the niche<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What we ask:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Send us your resume and honestly describe what you are best at.
